Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled R&D Data Solutions Developer to join our team. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data engineering solutions to meet our business needs. Your expertise in data architecture, data modelling, and data engineering will enable us to drive business insights and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data engineering solutions to meet business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and design solutions
- Develop and maintain our existing R&D data infrastructure
- Provide guidance on best practices for data engineering and data management
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data engineering

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably in a similar function or industry
- Experience with data engineering tools and platforms such as Spark, Databricks, and cloud-platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage timelines effectively
