About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Visionary to join our team at Instant Impact. As a key member of our R&D department, you will play a critical role in driving technological advancements and developing innovative solutions.

Job Overview:

  • Drive the innovation and development of cutting-edge solutions for Instant Impact.
  • Lead the R&D department, overseeing all aspects of product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in product design and development.
  • Develop and execute the R&D roadmap, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends, translating them into actionable innovations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers to achieve R&D objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Significant experience in R&D, with a proven track record of developing electronic products.
  • Experience working within a start-up/scale-up business.
  • Strong hands-on experience in designing and developing electronic hardware and embedded systems.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
