About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Manager to join our academic partnerships team at Canterbury Christ Church University. The successful candidate will be responsible for effective operational management of named UK academic partners, from the point at which new partners are taken through the approval process, to acting as the first point of contact for these partners in all aspects of non-academic service delivery.

The postholder will liaise with the University's internal academic and professional services departments to ensure effective running of the UK academic partnerships and will support the Head of UK Partnerships to ensure the entire partner management process follows the University's Quality Assurance guidance and other academic requirements, spelled out in the collaborative contract (Memorandum of Agreement).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop UK academic partnerships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with partners.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of non-academic services to partners.
  • Support the Head of UK Partnerships in ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, internal departments, and external agencies.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and influencing skills, who has previously held a management role in higher education and has experience of managing aspects of UK collaborative partnerships. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
