Community Care Manager

As the Senior Social Worker, you will provide expert knowledge of the Care Act, safeguarding advice, and advanced practice skills to your role. You will bring leadership skills to support two social workers, undertake or support the most socially complex initial assessments, and act as a SAM for the team.
A Practice Educator award would be desirable, but training for PEPS1 and PEPS2 will be provided as part of our commitment to ongoing professional development.
This is a full-time position with a salary of up to £50,063 per annum + AMHP uplifts, plus a 2,000 annual retention payment, a 2,000 Golden Hello, and lease car depending on experience.
