Job Summary:
CPS Group (UK) Limited is seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join their Travel Insurance Claims Team. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing the full claims process from initial report to case closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process
- Assess liability and indemnity on claims
- Identify and refer potential fraud indicators
- Negotiate settlements with claimants
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable
- Experience in insurance or claims handling is a plus, but not essential
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
