The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional menus and providing a high level of service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confidently run your own section in the kitchen, working to high standards and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, working closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

Requirements
