We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Business Support Operations Specialist to join our Highways Maintenance team in Sheffield. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of an efficient and effective service through proactive management of our PFI contract.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, ensuring a high-quality experience for the people of Sheffield. You will be responsible for monitoring the centralised inbox for the Highways Maintenance Division, triaging, allocating, following up, filing and archiving material according to instructions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to colleagues and stakeholders
- Organising workload to meet deadlines and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve timely and high-quality performance
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, customers and contractors
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
