About the Role

As a People Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and upskilling our Managers to 'be better than yesterday.' You will provide first-class proactive support and leadership on all aspects of employee relations, focusing on HR advice, guidance, coaching, and support on all people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide complex HR advice and coaching to Managers on a range of people-related matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Support and upskill Managers to improve their HR skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the People Team to deliver HR initiatives and projects
  • Provide HR guidance and support to Managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Requirements
  • Experience in a HR Advisor position
  • Demonstrable experience providing complex HR advice and coaching Managers on a range of people-related matters in a fast-paced environment
  • HR qualification such as CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience using HRIS and analysis and interpretation of data is desirable
  • Evidence of a robust understanding of HR best practice
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
