Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and organised Executive Assistant to support our Company Directors on a maternity cover basis. This is an invaluable and varied role that will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and team members, handling correspondence and calls.
  • Validate customers, build relationships, and coordinate with engineers on project management.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and prepare project documentation.
  • Be the gatekeeper for the managers tasks and deadlines, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and lead weekly team meetings with the Directors and Service department.
  • Plan and manage the Service diary.
  • Oversee databases, filing systems, expenses, and administrative procedures.
  • Assist with quotations from suppliers, conduct research for Directors, and liaise with internal and external parties.
  • Create and raise Purchase Orders.
  • Support with Social Media Marketing.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the role of an EA/PA to a Director level. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, innovative, and proactive, with the ability to think independently and offer solutions to the Senior team. They will be flexible, able to multitask, highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and outstanding communication skills both verbal and written. Experience with Audio Visual meeting room systems within a Corporate environment is ideal.
