About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Site Manager to join Anderselite Ltd as a key member of our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Site Health and Safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  2. Supervise all works undertaken and manage sub-contractors.
  3. Organise labour and materials and lead Progress Meetings.
  4. Assess the quality of work delivered by sub-contractors and assist the quality manager with QA sign-offs.
  5. Deal with technical issues and ensure safe working practices are maintained.
  6. Manage productivity and push the project towards completion.
  7. Manage the schedule of works and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and partners.
  8. Compile, install, repair, and maintenance programmes, and assist with surveys.
  9. Manage specialist sub-contractors and provide technical assistance and act as site AP.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be aware of health and safety processes and procedures and instigate and monitor work activities on site.
  2. Identify and encourage others to report safety observations and near misses.
  3. Report accidents, incidents, and complaints immediately.
  4. Undertake site inductions of employees, sub-contractors, and visitors.
  5. Keep records and be responsible for the morale, discipline, and development of employees.
  6. Communicate daily briefings, method statements, risk assessments, and other documents with the site team.
  7. Review and ensure sub-contractors' method statements and risk assessments comply with the company's health and safety management system.
  8. Produce and amend CPP, risk assessments, and methods statements as required.
