Land Director Opportunity in London

We are seeking an experienced Land Director to join our client's growing office in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the land acquisition team and driving the company's growth through strategic land deals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts in the industry and be able to negotiate deals that meet the company's objectives. They will work closely with the design, planning, development, and production departments to achieve excellent results and hit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the land acquisition team to identify and secure strategic land deals
