Job Summary:
Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager Lead to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a Practice Manager Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of practitioners who provide targeted early help services to vulnerable children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure the delivery of a range of interventions to support children, young people, and families in need, with a focus on preventing needs from escalating and cases from stepping up to statutory services.
- Ensure care plans for children and their families are robust and SMART, and that assessments, planning, and review are conducted in line with MKC policy and against agreed standards and performance targets.
- Work closely with the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and other managers to ensure children who come to the attention of the MASH for early help assistance are signposted and supported.
- Provide supervision and support to ensure practitioners can provide the highest quality targeted support to families.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to early intervention and prevention.
Requirements:
- A social work qualification or equivalent.
- Continual professional development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with best practices in early intervention and prevention.
