Job Title: Data Analyst Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Harnham. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends.
  • Conduct thorough investigative analysis to uncover patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on data insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide tailored insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and track the performance of key initiatives and campaigns, offering insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve reporting and analytical processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Experience in using data to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • The ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity for uncovering insights in data.
