Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our Property Managers, including preparing and checking properties for tenancy, instructing contractors, and completing administrative tasks following on-site appointments.
  • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, contractors, and landlords, responding to and dealing with maintenance issues, and ensuring rents are paid on time.
