Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Onboarding Operations Specialist to join our NTAM International team in London. This role will be responsible for coordinating client onboardings, ongoing account maintenance, and transition events within investment management. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of operations functions, life cycle of a trade, and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate client onboardings, including record keeping, report production, and system information maintenance
- Oversee processing of client subscription and redemption requests
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure seamless client services
- Monitor trust operations and accounting activities to ensure accurate reporting and fee billing
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Proven experience in a similar operations role with a strong track record of working with static data and operation teams
- Operational knowledge of Unit Trusts, Asset Management, Custodians, and end-to-end lifecycle of a subscription
- Thorough understanding of Operations functions, life cycle of a trade, and responsibilities
- Excellent analytical, consultative, communication, and judgment skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
