About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Focus Resourcing. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the ongoing development and continuous improvement of our company's Quality Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Head of Quality to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain a culture of excellence, setting clear quality benchmarks and standards.
  • Oversee regular audits, inspections, and evaluations to ensure ongoing compliance with our quality framework.
  • Lead in quality assurance for sub-contractors, ensuring alignment with our standards and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to sub-contractors to enhance program quality and performance.
  • Monitor and support the enhancement of performance and standards across the organization.
  • Develop and deliver training to staff across contracts as required, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet our quality standards.
  • Set, measure, and review individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance targets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an educational quality role, with a strong understanding of quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Experience in data analysis and producing reports, with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent management and supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance processes and procedures.
