About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Analyst to join our team at Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management Limited. The successful candidate will support the analysis of our Strategic Change Portfolio, driving insights to inform quality decisions at local and senior levels.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the continuous improvement and embedding of the Portfolio reporting suite, managing and maintaining Portfolio level reporting, and providing detailed analysis on Programme and Project status.

Job Description:
  • Supporting the embedding of 1st line Delivery Assurance frameworks, gathering independent evidence, and providing detailed analysis and executive summary reporting.
  • Using data-driven analysis to provide insight and recommendation on the status of committed Programme and Project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Change Management and/or Delivery Assurance with an understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Knowledge of project financials, RAID-D management, planning, status reporting, and stage-gate concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience of working with complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience of presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrable evidence of programme governance structure establishment and facilitation.
  • Critical thinking and evaluation skills, with evidence of identifying risk and opportunities.
Compensation:
  • A highly competitive salary of £75,000 - £95,000 per annum.
