In this role, you will be responsible for the welfare, learning, and development of designated children, working with the team to plan and deliver high-quality childcare experiences that meet EYFS requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designated key person for designated children, building relationships to gain in-depth knowledge of each child's needs and next steps.
  • Support Positive Behaviour Management strategies with groups or individual children, understanding and implementing IEPs, EHCPs, and other plans.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in bathroom, nappy changing, food preparation, and service areas.

Salary: £8-10 per hour (estimated annual salary: £17,000-£20,600)
