You will play a vital role in supporting the upkeep of our care homes, ensuring buildings and surrounding areas are safe and well maintained to agreed health and safety standards.
Duties will include decorating, furniture removal, general repairs, and routine maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the premises both internally and externally.
With a focus on preventative maintenance, you will report potential issues to be quickly resolved and prioritize your workload.
