Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with global manufacturing teams, providing key insights and analytics to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the reporting and analysis of Variable Labour & Burden and Period (Fixed) costs for the Peterborough facility.
  • Consolidate global cost reporting across business units, focusing on month-end, planning, and forecasting cycles.
  • Partner with Operations and Order to Delivery teams, providing analytics and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Deliver monthly presentations and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Drive process improvements using lean thinking and digital tools like Alteryx and MS Power BI.
  • Engage with teams across China, Brazil, US, and India, gaining global business exposure.
  • Work alongside senior leadership and take part in factory tours, providing first-hand insight into manufacturing processes.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years post-qualification experience, or 4-5 years relevant industry experience.
  • Strong business partnering skills with experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficient in Power BI or other data analysis tools; Alteryx is advantageous.
  • Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables and chart creation.
  • Ideally familiarity with MFG Pro and MS 365 (PowerPoint, Excel) for reporting and presentations.
  • Background in manufacturing, agriculture, or similar industries.
  • Experience with construction inventory, raw materials, or industrial environments is a plus.
