Home Companionship Worker

We are seeking a Home Companionship Worker to join our live-in care team at The Good Care Group Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will provide tailored support and companionship to our clients in their own homes.
About the Role- Estimated salary: £12.50 - £18 per hour
- This role is ideal for individuals with a minimum 6 months' professional care experience in any care setting, such as live-in carer, domiciliary carer, care assistant, support worker, healthcare assistant or similar.
As a Home Companionship Worker, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, providing personalized support to enhance their quality of life. This may include assisting with daily activities, personal care, managing medical conditions, and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families
- Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery
