Community Care Worker

Care Sante is a leading provider of domiciliary care services, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Care Worker.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults, providing person-centred care and support that enables them to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.
Salary: £10.00 per hour (estimated annual salary: £20,800)
About the JobAs a Community Care Worker, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality care and support services to service users in their own homes.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support, including washing, bathing, and toilet arrangements
- Assisting with domestic tasks, such as making beds, tidying rooms, and light cleaning
- Helping with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks, and drinks
- Contribute as needed to a person's end-of-life care
Requirements:
- No previous experience is necessary, but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator, and problem solver
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred for this role
