We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing site in Rochdale. Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing site, including production processes, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Cost Control: Manage budgets and costs to ensure the site operates within financial targets.
- Quality and Standards: Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards and are produced in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership and management experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes, including food safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Operational Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
