About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home team at HC One. As a nurse at HC One, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing person-centred care that is tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Support and mentor our care staff to ensure they have the skills and confidence to provide exceptional care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care we provide and promote a culture of excellence.

Requirements
  • A valid NMC PIN and a commitment to upholding the standards of practice set by the NMC.
  • Experience of working in a care home or similar setting, with a strong understanding of person-centred care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents.
  • A passion for mentoring and supporting others, with a commitment to developing the skills and confidence of our care staff.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing needs.
