Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Support and mentor our care home team, promoting a culture of kindness and compassion.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • A valid NMC PIN and a commitment to upholding the standards of practice set by the NMC.
  • Experience working in a care home environment, with a focus on providing person-centred care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
