Safety and Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor site performance against set KPIs and develop plans to improve processes
- Establish and implement workplace health and safety programmes, including training sessions
- Analyse safety metrics and incident trends to inform resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with relevant health and safety laws and regulations
A Day in the Life
You'll be based on-site at one of our locations, working closely with colleagues to identify and mitigate risks. Your expertise will help us stay on top of health and safety compliance, while also driving process improvements and innovation.

Our Workplace Health and Safety team is dedicated to protecting the well-being of our employees. As a Safety and Compliance Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that works closely with managers, associates, and local governments to ensure our workplaces are safe and healthy.
Requirements
Education to a degree level
- NEBOSH Diploma / NVQ5 Level or Equivalent qualification
- Understanding of Irish Environment, health and safety legislation
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Lean, 5S and Kaizen methodologies
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
