Project Coordination Engineer – 30355

At Eni, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Basingstoke, UK. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from preparation to implementation, ensuring timely reporting, and supporting the Head of the PRC Dept in developing department initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Engineering Manager in coordinating engineering activities and ensuring design integrity.
  • Liaise with the Technical Authority to ensure compliance with company standards and local legislation.
  • Monitor project progress, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Support the implementation of the project management plan, focusing on risk, interface, and change management.
  • Ensure the highest standard of safety is maintained and HSEQ processes are followed.

Requirements:

  • Preferred technical background in the energy industry, with experience in developing projects from concept to detailed engineering.
  • Proficiency in engineering and ability to offer technical support to the team.
  • Experience in project management and understanding of project drivers.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and ability to manage teams across different locations.
  • Ability to manage risks and handle uncertainties.
  • Strong decision-making capability and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiar with continuous improvement processes and procedures.
  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
