About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Professional to join our team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Production Managers in the management of Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health (QESH) topics, providing advice and training to team members.
  • Manage the complaints process, investigating issues, establishing action plans, and ensuring their implementation.
  • Support QESH audits, preparing action plans, and ensuring their implementation.
  • Manage and track QESH Key Business Indicators (KBI's) and implement improvement actions when necessary.
  • Participate in Operational Excellence projects and support quality supplier-related issues.
  • Lead supplier visits, liaise with suppliers, and ensure close-out is satisfactory.
  • Lead, develop, and coach the Lab Technicians team to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Manage team short-term labor planning, including absenteeism, holidays, and leaves.
Requirements
  • Experience in a FMCG production or laboratory, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Basic microbiological knowledge.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders across the business.
  • Qualification in Science (e.g. Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology) degree or equivalent.
