Job Title: Apprentice Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring production meets schedule, and continuously improving performance, availability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to breakdowns and perform maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the site is in line with GMP standards and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
  • Work with OEMs, suppliers, and contractors to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using engineering drawings, manuals, and systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and reduce waste.
Requirements:
  • Completed a time-served engineering apprenticeship (minimum Level 3 qualification).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CMMS systems and electrical maintenance.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Willingness to obtain Level 3 in Food Safety & HACCP.
