About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Central and South Manchester. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for promoting roofing and waterproofing solutions to refurbishment clients, building surveyors, local authorities, and building owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the refurbishment sector
- Promote felt roofing, green roofing systems, bitumen membranes, hot melt roofing, cold liquid applied waterproofing, and single ply products
- Win specifications with refurbishment clients, focusing on projects that align with the company's strategic objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and ensure successful project execution
Requirements:
- Proven track record of technical sales experience in the construction industry
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Strong understanding of the refurbishment market and its trends
