We are seeking a skilled North West Sales Representative to join our team due to significant growth in the plant equipment sector.

The Role

  • Play a key role in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction for continued growth.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to produce sales budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for customers.
  • Develop an annual growth plan aligned with new forecasts and produce regular reports on target opportunities, market information, and competitor analysis.
  • Support customers with day-to-day order management, address queries, and provide solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of a commercial pipeline, increase the customer base, and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and customer services departments for new product development, efficiency improvements, and enhanced customer experience.

The Person

  • A minimum of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and deliver results.
