About the Role

BAM Nuttall is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and stakeholders across various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure health and safety is integrated into project plans.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain health and safety records and reports.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in occupational health and safety.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a health and safety role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
