**Role Overview:**

We require a Science Teacher who can develop and teach engaging lessons, promote a love for learning, and work collaboratively with colleagues. The ideal candidate will be committed to staying updated on current educational developments and best practices.

**Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality Science curricula across Key Stages 3 and 4, aligning with national standards and school objectives.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student curiosity and collaboration.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual growth.
  • Work effectively with colleagues within the Science department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.
  • Stay abreast of current educational trends and research in Science to inform teaching practices.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Science or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience teaching Science at the secondary level.

**Estimated Salary:** £38,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
