Northallerton, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom Froneri Full time
Job Overview

Froneri is a world-leading global pureplay ice cream company with its headquarters in North Yorkshire. The company was created in 2016 as a joint venture between R&R and Nestlé, making it the second-largest manufacturer of ice cream in the world. With revenues of over €5 billion and more than 12,000 employees across 20 countries, Froneri offers an unparalleled opportunity for ambitious lawyers to join its growing legal function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all legal matters for the Group both in the UK and internationally. This will include strategic international legal projects, commercial legal advice, and liaising with Froneri's 24 markets to support the implementation of Group policies and procedures to mitigate legal risk. Additionally, the role will involve assisting on corporate transactions, hands-on issue resolution, commercial contracts of varying levels of complexity, intellectual property, litigation, and regulatory compliance.

To succeed in this role, the appointee will be someone who is an 'all-rounder', self-motivated, enthusiastic, accountable for their actions, and a problem solver. They will be driven and ambitious, willing to invest the hard work required to accelerate their development and legal career. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence, an eye for details, and be able to balance this with coming to quick practical risk-based solutions. They will also have an entrepreneurial spirit and a 'can do' attitude, capable of managing a large and varied workload in an agile and fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to join Froneri's small but supportive team and play a key role in delivering outstanding legal services. The company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of around £65,000, plus additional benefits such as pension contributions, life assurance, and annual leave.
