Job Title: English Instructor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Instructor to join our team at GSL Education. As an English Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

About the Role:

As an English Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and tailored English lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our SEMH students. You will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.

You will develop and implement personalized learning plans to address individual student needs, collaborate with other staff members to support students' overall development and well-being, and monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in teaching English, with relevant qualifications and experience. You will have experience working with SEMH students or a willingness to undertake training in this area.

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. A commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment is essential.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs are also required.
