About the Role

This office-based position involves providing exceptional customer service, handling front-line support calls and emails, and collaborating with the support team to resolve customer queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product assistance and guidance
  • Triage and escalate calls to ensure timely resolution
  • Manage incoming calls and emails from customers requiring support or service
  • Capture customer requirements and provide solutions
  • Liaise with 2nd and 3rd line support to escalate calls
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships
  • Good attention to detail and detective qualities
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Transport and Logistics Industry
  • Experience in IT Industry
