Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a sales environment or customer services and possess knowledge of IT products and services.

About the Job

This is a permanent opportunity to work as a Commercial Contact Administrator, providing a day-to-day commercial contact for customers, understanding their requirements, generating quotes, processing orders, and managing minor escalations through to our Customer Service team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as a commercial contact for customers
  • Understand customer requirements and generate quotes
  • Process orders and initiate orders for equipment
  • Manage minor escalations through to the Customer Service team
  • Maintain customer details in Salesforce
  • Assist field sales with scheduling client visits
  • Undertake general administrative tasks

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in working in a sales environment or customer services
  • Knowledge of IT products and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Understanding of calculating sales margins from cost prices
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capacity to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Salary Details

The salary for this role is approximately £29,500 - £34,000 per annum based on experience.
