Job Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR policies, coaching and developing management capability, and supporting the business growth through the development and implementation of our People Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business growth and objectives
  • Coach and develop management capability to drive business performance
  • Develop and implement benefits to attract and retain top talent
  • Support the Senior Leadership team in driving business growth through the development and implementation of our People Strategy
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership team to influence and support through change and growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing organization
