About the Role:
VickerStock is embarking on a 4-year company-wide project to double their manufacturing output, driven by international demand and a large secure order book. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in setting up new processes and improving operations and supply chain management, while working closely with stakeholders across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and resource allocation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and supply chain management
* Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in engineering or manufacturing
* Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

What We Offer:
* Salary range: £45,000 - £52,000 per annum
* 30 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays and flexible working hours
