Vehicle Accessory Fitter

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Vehicle Accessory Fitter to join our team at Halfords. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and fitting a wide range of vehicle accessories.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading retailer of motoring and cycling products and services. As a Vehicle Accessory Fitter, you will be working on customers' vehicles in our car park, helping us to deliver market-leading standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fitting a wide range of vehicle accessories, including car parts and technology
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Working on a rota basis, including weekends
  • Developing and maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • Experience of car parts fitting, including basic car maintenance
  • Experience of sharing expertise with others
  • Experience of delivering great customer service in a retail sales or automotive environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to helping customers
