About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Operator to join our team at Brora Distillery, where you will play a key role in producing high-quality single malt whisky. As a member of our operations team, you will work closely with fellow operators and engineers to optimize production processes, ensure quality control, and maintain a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food production or a related field, with a strong understanding of process controls and problem-solving techniques. A desire to learn and master the art of distilling is essential, as well as a willingness to work flexibly, including shifts and rotational duties.

We offer a competitive salary of £58,977.76, including shift allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package consisting of pension, shares scheme, and bonus opportunities.
