Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Nursing Assistant to join our Cardiology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, you will assist in patient care throughout nursing areas, respond to peaks in acuity and emergent situations, and maintain current knowledge/certification. You will also comply with the current CDC hand hygiene guidelines and conduct patient safety rounds using principles of SBAR.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have ACLS (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, and previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent.
