Senior Lettings Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Manager to join our team in Trowbridge. As a key member of our residential Lettings team, you will be responsible for running a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective and efficient lettings service to landlords and tenants.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead by example and delegate tasks to exceed performance standards and targets set
* Motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career
* Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

**Requirements**

* Lettings Manager, Branch Manager, or Assistant Manager looking to progress
* Full UK driving license
* Industry leading training and development
* Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission
* Company Car or Car Allowance
