Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential Lettings team at Connells Group.

About the Role

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch.

  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate tenancies
  • Maximize branch income and profitability
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Estate Agency experience, such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent
  • A Full UK driving license
