We require an experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team at the Mick George Group's Cambridge site. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting waste materials, collaborating with colleagues to achieve company objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 per annum, along with performance-related bonuses. Our benefits package includes 28 days annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays, as well as opportunities for internal training and career growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle to transport waste materials, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
  2. Complete comprehensive defect checks to maintain vehicle roadworthiness.
  3. Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Valid driving license and excellent driving skills.
  2. Familiarity with the Highway Code and Road Traffic Act 1988.
  3. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
