About the RoleAs a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing shifts, managing staff assignments, conducting medication procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure our residents receive top-notch care consistently. Your dynamic leadership will play a key role in uplifting the spirits and well-being of our residents while fostering a culture of success within our care team.
