Job Summary

We are seeking an Architectural Technician or similar with a background in AutoCAD to join our team as a Residential Sector Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will support senior staff, create architectural drawings and plans, and ensure compliance with building regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Create architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD
  2. Prepare planning application drawings
  3. Ensure compliance with building regulations
  4. Support senior staff throughout various project stages
Requirements
  • Experience in AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of building regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
