Senior Technical Project Coordinator

This role involves coordinating the planning process where required and reviewing planning approval to ensure conditions are addressed prior to start on site. The successful candidate will agree construction specification, SAP and BREAM strategy for the project.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Residential Housing sector and be proficient in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control regulatory approvals including all section agreements (section 38 & section 104 designs). Quick learning skills with a focus on continuous development are also essential.
Maintaining and managing all current drawings/documents/information for all new build contracts on the Viewpoint Platform is also a key responsibility of this role. An estimated salary of up to £42,000 per annum is available, along with company benefits including a company car/car allowance, bonus, pension scheme, 28 days annual leave (options to buy extra), healthcare, and various additional company benefits.
