Jameson Legal is seeking an exceptional senior property litigation specialist to join our team in Cheltenham or Bristol. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse range of clients and handle high-value, complex property disputes within a dynamic and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising and representing a variety of clients, including commercial property owners, occupiers, and residential property portfolio holders, on contentious property matters. Key areas of focus include:

  1. Business lease renewals and related disputes
  2. Dilapidation claims
  3. Alienation provisions
  4. Tenant-related insolvency matters
The Ideal Candidate:

This position is suited to an experienced property litigation lawyer who is comfortable managing a busy caseload of complex disputes and working collaboratively with both junior and senior team members. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Significant experience in property litigation, ideally at partner level
  2. A track record of successfully advising commercial and residential clients
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills
  4. The ability to offer pragmatic, solutions-driven advice in high-pressure situations
  5. Proven business development skills to expand the firm's client base
