About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Park Security Director to oversee the security operations at Parkdean Resorts. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective security strategies, focusing on prevention, detection, and response to security incidents.
  • Lead a team of security professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, building strong relationships and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Promote a culture of security awareness among colleagues, encouraging them to report any concerns or incidents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in security management, preferably in a similar role within a hospitality or leisure industry setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • A strong understanding of security principles, including threat assessment, risk mitigation, and emergency response planning.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with UK law and regulations related to data protection, health and safety, and employment.
